Elevate Your Business Through Exporting

Small businesses in the ASEAN region are poised to embrace new digital trade opportunities. However, they require targeted support to unlock their full potential. A recent study conducted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Google revealed that while MSMEs in ASEAN play a crucial role in the economy, their participation in regional trade remains relatively low. Surprisingly, 60% of these firms express a strong interest in expanding their activities to new markets within the region.


To capitalize on these opportunities, over 75% of surveyed MSMEs emphasized the need for tailored assistance. Specifically, they seek to enhance their skills and capabilities in digital marketing and leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies to access market information.


In response to this demand, the PhilExport Region 4 Cavite Chapter has successfully launched the Elevate Your Export Game initiative. This program aims to empower 1,000 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across PhilExport member states, enabling them to grow their businesses internationally.

By equipping them with essential digital export skills, we pave the way for sustainable growth and global

competitiveness.

For MSMEs who have completed the export-readiness requirements will have an additional 4 session, 30-mins per week of one-to-one coaching from Coach Jem and PhilExport Capacity-Building Team, starting August 24th to 30th.

ABOUT THE MENTOR

Jeremy, a seasoned IT professional with over 26 years of experience, has a comprehensive skill set that includes communication, leadership, sales, project management, and more. He has contributed to the growth strategies of both local and international corporations. 


His career journey began at Microcircuits Corporation as a Compaq Product Manager, honing his research and analytical skills. 


He then showcased his leadership at DataOne Asia (Phils.) Inc. as a Sales Manager. 


His longest stint was with HP Inc., where he held various roles over 14 years, demonstrating his versatility and commitment. 


During the Covid period, he ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a business consulting firm to assist small businesses. Jeremy’s credentials are extensive, with numerous certifications and memberships in IT, Trademark, and Trade Exporting. His journey is a testament to his adaptability, dedication, and continuous learning in the dynamic IT and export industry.
